The 8 Week Transformation Challenge (“The Challenge”) is sponsored by Old School Labs ("OSL"), brand of COSIDLA INC.

The Challenge is open to anyone who is 18 years of age or older at the time The Challenge commences. The Challenge is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law or regulation. Participants agree to abide by the terms of these official rules and by the decisions of Old School Labs, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to The Challenge. Old School Labs reserves the right to disqualify any participant that it determines, in its sole discretion, is ineligible to participate in the Challenge.

-Registration starts May 13th 2022
-Registration ends May 27th 2022.
-Register through the Old School Labs Website's Transformation Challenge page.
-Upload First Check in (Week 1) Photos to the private Facebook group with Check-in Form following instructions carefully by May 31st. 
-Challenge Starts: Wednesday June 1st 2022
-Challenge Ends: At the end of the 8 weeks each contestant must upload final progress photos with check-in form including final weight noted (just for information, the competition is not a weight loss challenge) visible in at least 1 of your 3 pictures (front, side, and back views). Winners will be announced on the Old School Labs Transformation Challenge Private FB page and Old School Labs’ social media. Old School Labs reserves the right to modify or change the dates of The Challenge at any time.

Uploading week 1 and week 8 photos with check in form is mandatory but uploading week 2-7 progress photos is not mandatory but highly recommended.

There will be Ten (10) Total Winners.

Prizes must be claimed within thirty (30) days. Gift card prizes are not redeemable for cash. Cash prizes above $1400 will be distributed in 3 installments. Prizes are not transferable, and no substitutions are allowed except by Old School Labs, who reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. All taxes and other expenses related to any prize are the responsibility of the prize winners. Cash prize disbursement will be done via PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle.

Please note that Challenge Rules are subject to change. The Challenge contestants will be notified of any changes through Old School Labs’ social media. It is the contestant’s responsibility to check Old School Labs’ challenge FB group & social media pages for updates.

All content shared within The Challenge is confidential. Contestants agree to not disseminate any information posted or shared in The Challenge with Old School Labs’ competitors. Any content disseminated in violation of these rules will be grounds for disqualification from The Challenge and any future Challenges and legal action.

Participation in The Challenge grants Sponsor (Old School Labs) the right to use, publish, adapt, edit and/or modify such entry in any way, in whole or in part, and to use such entry alone or in combination with other works, as solely determined by Sponsor, in commerce and trade and in any and all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, including but not limited to the www.oldschoollabs.com website and social media, without limitation or compensation to the Participant and without right of notice, review or approval of any such use of the entry in perpetuity. Contestants must be 18 and over to be eligible to enter the program. Submission of an entry further constitutes the Contestant’s consent to irrevocably assign and transfer to the Sponsor any and all rights, title and interest in and to the entry, including but not limited to all intellectual property rights. Prior to awarding any prize, the Contestant must agree to the terms of these Official Rules and to sign and return any required Affidavit, Liability and Publicity Releases. Contestants agree to grant Old School Labs the irrevocable right and permission to use, in any manner at all, any photographs and/or videos of contestants posted in the dashboard, or on social media, in whole or in part, modified or altered, for any purposes whatsoever. Except where prohibited, by accepting a prize, winner grants permission for Sponsor and its agents to use his/her name, video, voice and/or likeness, for advertising and/or publicity purposes in any and all media now known or hereinafter invented without territorial or time limitations and without additional compensation.

To qualify for a prize and winner of The Challenge, the Participant is prohibited from entering into any other fitness and/or transformational challenge(s) by another company at the same time. Winning or accepting any prize that may be awarded in the Contest is contingent upon fulfilling all tax, regulatory, and legal obligations (including completion of any forms required in connection therewith) and any other requirements set forth in these Official Rules, which shall all be solely at each contestant's obligation. The judging panel’s decisions shall be final. Old School Labs reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify The Challenge and/or extend or delay the submission periods, judging periods, winner announcements, prize awards, or any part of thereof for any reason.

If for any reason The Challenge is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of The Challenge, Old School Labs reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with The Challenge, their check-in pictures and has the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend The Challenge. Old School Labs assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Old School Labs is not responsible for problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers' computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail to be received by Old School Labs on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Contest.

ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CHALLENGE IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, ADMINISTRATOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

By participating in The Challenge, each participant agrees to release and hold Old School Labs harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with or resulting from participation in The Challenge and/or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize(s) including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, property damages and any claims by third parties or otherwise based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy. Entrants acknowledge that Old School Labs is not responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize.
